PRINCIPAL:  Alan DuBrow is the founder of this boutique business consulting firm.  He held numerous marketing positions with Oracle Consulting, Booz Allen &

Hamilton, and Accenture serving the Department of Defense and Federal Agency markets.  Alan was president of US Sage, part of the Sage Group plc., in the late 1980's/early 1990's both pre -IPO and afterwards.  He graduated with both a B.A and M.B.A. from the State University of New York, and attended Harvard University's International Management Program. Alan is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and took the Shipley Business Development & Proposals Process course. He co-developed a patent in RFID awarded in 2010, and spoke at M.I.T. and other colleges on the use of automatic information technology in the Army.  Alan is married to Wendy, has two sons and two grandchildren, and resides in St. Augustine FL.  He is a tennis enthusiast and plays blues guitar.

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT:  John Shoemaker is an accomplished senior executive with 40 years experience providing technology solutions, professional services, and military hardware manufacturing for a variety of companies. He has worked on three start-ups, several "re-starts," and managed global sales, marketing and services for Fortune 500 companies including Xerox and divisions of Honeywell, Motorola, and Raytheon.  M&A experience includes the merger of Amtech/Intermec with Transcore (now owned by Roper Industries). John's industry experience includes DoD, FedAgencies, and others.  He graduated from U-Mass with a B.B.S. and received an M.B.A. from Suffolk University.  John is a former U.S. Army officer and combat veteran who was decorated for Valor with the Air Medal (27 combat air assaults into enemy territory), 3 Bronze Stars (2 for Valor), two ARCOM medals (1 for Valor), and the Purple Heart with CIB.  John and his wife, Paula, and family reside in both Boston MA and Boca Raton FL.
