PRINCIPAL & MANAGING CONSULTANT:  Previous to Avonis, Alan DuBrow has held numerous marketing and management strategy positions with Booz Allen & Hamilton, Oracle Consulting, and Accenture serving the U.S Army at the Pentagon, and U.S. Army Materiel Command on-site in the Washington D.C. area and around the country.  Alan wrote Army policy on asset identification, registration & tracking utilizing UID, and developed and implemented the Army asset management Center of Excellence at Letterkenny Army Depot (PA). He graduated with a B.A and M.B.A. from the University at New York, and attended Harvard's International Management Program with additional courses taken at George Washington University. Alan is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and has also taken Shipley's Business Development & Proposals Process courses. He co-developed an RFID patent in 2010, and was a frequent lecturer at M.I.T. on the use of automatic information technology for asset tracking throughout the Army.  Alan has both Secret and FBI clearance.

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT:  John Shoemaker is an accomplished senior executive with over 40 years experience providing technology solutions, professional services, and military hardware manufacturing for a variety of companies. He has worked on three start-ups, several "re-starts," and managed global sales, marketing and services for Fortune 500 companies including Xerox, Honeywell, and Raytheon.  M&A experience includes the multi-million dollar merger of Amtech/Intermec with Transcore, the sale of Symbol Technologies to Motorola, and strategic alliance agreements for many clients.  John's industry experience includes the DoD and commercial.  He graduated from U-Mass with a B.B.S. and an M.B.A. from Suffolk University.  John is a former U.S. Army officer and combat veteran who was decorated for Valor with the Air Medal (27 combat air assaults into enemy territory), 3 Bronze Stars (2 for Valor), two ARCOM medals (1 for Valor), and the Purple Heart with CIB.  Secret clearance.

VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:  Col. Doug Livermore is a combat-proven, respected leader in the U.S. Special Operations Community with several years of direct engagement in the Global War on Terror. He served as an intelligence advisor at the highest levels within DoD at the Pentagon. Doug has earned decorations for combat valor and meritorious service in multiple theaters of operation in addition to being a widely-published professional author who draws on his considerable experience conducting operations around the world. He holds a bachelor's degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, and an M.A. from Georgetown University. Doug serves as the Director for External Communications on the National Board of the Special Forces Association, is the National Capital Region Ambassador for the Green Beret Foundation, and continues his military service in the U.S. Army National Guard as Lt. Colonel.  Top Secret clearance.
