PRINCIPAL:  Alan DuBrow is the founder of this boutique business consulting firm.  He held numerous marketing and management strategy positions with Oracle Consulting , Booz Allen & Hamilton, and Accenture serving the Department of Defense and U.S. Army  Materiel Command on-site in the Washington D.C. area and around the country.  He graduated with both a B.A and M.B.A. from the State University of New York, and attended Harvard's International Management Program. Alan is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and took the Shipley Business Development & Proposals Process course. He co-developed an RFID patent awarded in 2010, and spoke at M.I.T. and other colleges on the use of automatic information technology for asset tracking throughout the Army.  He also did a pre-IPO startup as the U.S. subsidiary chief executive for a major English company (Sage Group plc.).  Past Secret clearance and current FBI clearance.

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT:  John Shoemaker is an accomplished senior executive with 40 years experience providing technology solutions, professional services, and military hardware manufacturing for a variety of companies. He has worked on three start-ups, several "re-starts," and managed global sales, marketing and services for Fortune 500 companies including Xerox, Honeywell, and Raytheon.  M&A experience includes the multi-million dollar merger of Amtech/Intermec with Transcore (now Roper Industries), the sale of Symbol Technologies to Motorola, and strategic alliance agreements for many clients.  John's industry experience includes the DoD and commercial.  He graduated from U-Mass with a B.B.S. and received an M.B.A. from Suffolk University.  John is a former U.S. Army officer and combat veteran who was decorated for Valor with the Air Medal (27 combat air assaults into enemy territory), 3 Bronze Stars (2 for Valor), two ARCOM medals (1 for Valor), and the Purple Heart with CIB.  Past Secret clearance.


VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:  Doug Livermore is a combat-proven, respected leader in the U.S. Special Operations Community with several years of direct engagement in the Global War on Terror. For the last several years, he has served as a contracted requirements & materials developer and intelligence advisor at the highest levels within the DoD. Doug has earned decorations for combat valor and meritorious service in multiple theaters of operation in addition to being a widely-published professional author who draws on his considerable experience conducting operations around the world. He holds a bachelor's degree in Military History from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and a master's degree in international security studies from Georgetown University. Additionally, Doug serves as the Director for External Communications on the National Board of the Special Forces Association, is the National Capital Region Ambassador for the Green Beret Foundation, and continues his military service as a Special Forces officer in the U.S. Army National Guard. Doug is an active member of the Assoc. of the U.S. Army, Council for Emerging National Security Affairs, and the Office of Strategic Services Society. He holds a current Top Secret clearance.
